Fakarny ("we", "our", or "us") provides an app that helps users track subscriptions, receive renewal reminders, and manage subscription-related information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information, such as your email address and sign-in details.
• Subscription information you add to the app, such as names, billing dates, amounts, currency, and reminder settings.
• Device and app-related information needed to provide notifications and app functionality, such as push notification tokens, language, and preferences.
• Purchase and subscription status information from Apple and RevenueCat to manage Fakarny Pro access.
• Voice input data, transcripts, or parsed results if you use voice-based features in the app.

2. How We Use Information

• Create and manage your account.
• Store and display your subscriptions inside the app.
• Send reminders and push notifications related to renewals.
• Provide voice-based subscription entry and related features.
• Verify purchases, restore purchases, and manage premium access.
• Improve app reliability, security, and performance.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Fakarny Pro subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card or bank details. Subscription status may be processed through Apple and RevenueCat.

4. Third-Party Services

• Supabase for authentication, database, and backend services.
• RevenueCat for subscription and purchase management.
• Apple for App Store purchases and Sign in with Apple, if used.
• Expo services for app infrastructure and push notifications, if applicable.
• OpenAI or similar providers for voice processing features, if used in the app.

5. Notifications

If you allow notifications, we may send reminders related to your subscriptions and renewals. You can disable notifications at any time from your device settings.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the app and comply with legal, security, and operational requirements.

If you request account deletion from within the app, your account may be deactivated immediately. Deleting your Fakarny account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription. App Store subscriptions must be canceled separately through Apple.

7. Your Rights and Choices

• Access and update certain account information.
• Delete or deactivate your account from within the app.
• Disable notifications through your device settings.
• Contact us regarding privacy-related questions or requests.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect your information. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Children's Privacy

Fakarny is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
