By using Fakarny, you agree to use the app as provided to track subscriptions, renewals, and related reminders. Fakarny helps you organize subscriptions, follow renewal dates, and view summaries and analytics related to your subscriptions inside the app.

1. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing any subscription you add and confirming that its name, price, billing cycle, and subscription date are correct. Fakarny is an organization and reminder tool. It is not a payment processor, bank, or service that manages subscriptions on your behalf.

2. In-App Purchases

Paid subscriptions inside the app are managed through Apple. Purchases, restores, and cancellations of the paid plan are handled through your Apple ID and subscription settings on your device. Deleting your in-app account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription. Any active subscription must be cancelled from Apple ID > Subscriptions.

3. Features and Plans

The paid plan unlocks additional features such as unlimited subscriptions, analytics, voice add, and reminders. The exact feature set may change over time as we improve the product or update plan details inside the app.

4. Voice Features

If you use voice features, AI may be used to turn what you say into subscription details such as the name, amount, and billing cycle. Microphone use for this feature is subject to a separate consent before first use.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fakarny is a convenience app designed to help you track subscriptions and renewal dates. You remain solely responsible for managing your subscriptions and verifying billing details, charges, and renewal dates with the original provider.
